What a wonderful, life-changing experience!
 
I got a call in December, 2010  from OURSTAGE, (an awesome website devoted to promoting new artists) and they tell me I made the finals of their INTEL Superstars Competition! Which, was incredible in itself because I hadn't even mentioned I had entered the competition to anyone. 

I was thrilled! I just needed to upload a few more videos for them to check out and the next day, they called to tell me I won the grand prize which was ten thousand dollars and a trip to Las Vegas to perform at the huge CES convention in January to play all week at the INTEL stage.

Ah! I cannot tell you how amazing this was. The week in Las Vegas was incredible. The people at INTEL were so amazingly kind and generous! An awesome big THANK YOU to Intel's Mike Rivet, who came up with the "Superstars" concept that really changed my career.

Right now I'm using some of the INTEL funds to start recording my second album. So grateful.

The best part is up until the final 4, all the preliminary voting was from regular people and fans like you guys. I am so overwhelmed with gratitude.
So, thank you again to all the OURSTAGE fans who voted me into the finals and to INTEL for making it all happen.
